As everyone knows, fuel prices in the past several years have increased dramatically and consequently shipping costs have followed suit.
Since the implementation of our flat ship rates in 2004, all of the major shipping carriers have instituted year-over-year rate increases including increases to ancillary charges (fuel surcharge, residential delivery, signature request, etc). This year alone UPS/FedEx put into effect an average 4.9% rate increase, but the actual effect to us based on our shipping profile is an increase of about 7.5% and 5.7% for NDAS and 2nd Day Air, respectively.
During this time WCI has never changed its flat ship rates, but unfortunately we are no longer able to absorb these rate increases. Therefore, as of July 15th, 2007 the following shipping rates will apply:

APO / FPO – Details
World Class Ink is proud to offer Free Shipping on all inkjet cartridge orders for personal use (under 3 pounds) to the brave men and women of our United States Armed Services.
For orders containing toner cartridges, and for orders heavier than 3 pounds, we only require a modest shipping fee to help subsidize the recent increases in our postage expense.
Avg. delivery time is 2-7 days. Packages will ship via US Mail to either the San Francisco or New York mail hub. Packages will then be transferred to the U.S. Military Mail Service.
Note: Detailed in-transit tracking information is very limited.

Canada - Details
Canada Ground Service
Avg. delivery time of 2-6 days.
All duties and/or taxes to be paid by the customer.
