5.) What is the shelf-life for your inkjet and toner products?
All of our products will perform perfectly even if kept on the shelf for over a year. Anytime you install a new ink cartridge, you should run the ink cartridge cleaning cycle 3 times to unclog the print nozzle and allow the ink to flow.
