Custom Pricing:
As a reward for the typically above average volume of cartridges consumed each month by our education clients, we now offer custom discounted price quotes for all qualified buyers.
Pricing levels are based on the volume of units requested per purchase order, as well as the total volume of units requested over a 12 month timeframe.
Please scroll down to the form located at the bottom of this screen to send our Education Support Team a list of the inkjet, laser, copier, fax, color laser, digital duplicator and color copier models currently being used by your organization.
A friendly member of our staff will use the information you submit to quickly prepare and return via fax or email your custom price quote. This document will also function as a handy quick-reference guide to assist you in selecting the correct supplies for every machine included in your request.
Payment Options:
Our education sector clients are eligible to make payment using a Procurement Card, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club, PayPal, Advance Check and Advance Money Order.
For approved clients, in good credit standing, we also offer open purchase accounts. Our standard terms are 1%/15, n/30.
